    Unless you plan to do some hiking the best thing about Corin dam is the drive through the country side to get there. It's approximately 25kms from TidbinBilla rd turn-off, via the Gibraltar falls which are okay to see but not earth shattering. Probably the best thing to do is a day drive loop from Canberra called Tourist Drive 5; you can also see Mt Stromlo Observatory, Cotter dam, the Canberra Deep Space Complex and make the focus of your day the Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve.
